Menu Plan Monday June 1-5

>> Monday, June 1, 2009

Sorry I am late getting this posted. I planned the menu this morning and then did grocery shopping. Usually I plan and then blog it right away. Apparently I should stick with that plan.
Thursday and Friday we have activities at each of the kids schools. Hopefully I can be organized and get things done early so we don't have to rush around. Anyhow it's getting near bed time for the baby so jumping right to the menu.

Raw Vegan Menu {Monday - Saturday}

Breakfast - Green Smoothie

Lunch - Pink or Green Smoothie or Salad or mono-meal (I'm allowing options based on what I am craving, if I am wanting to chew or if I am short on time mono-meals are great).

Supper - Big salad & a portion of whatever I cooked, if I desire it.

Dessert - Almond milk & frozen fruit shake (if I am craving something sweet after supper).

Regular Cooked Menu {Monday - Friday}
With printable recipe cards (click pics to save and print) & links to original recipes where noted.

Monday - Grilled hot dogs, oven fries, tomato/cucumber salad

Tuesday - Crock pot lasagna, Italian Parmesan Bread and salad

Wednesday - Grilled Steaks, baked potatoes, sauteed mushrooms & salad

Thursday - Ham slices, Au Gratin Potatoes & Salad

Friday - Pepperoni Bread & Salad

The baby is starting to ask to go to bed. Check back tomorrow for recipe cards for the linked recipes.

I hope you enjoy this weeks menu. Please leave a comment if you have any thoughts, questions or if you try a recipe from my menu. I would LOVE to hear what you have to say.

I think it is really cool how you have vegan menus as well as carnivore. I have a weight loss blog, Losing Proposition. I am going to link to you.

My WW is up:

Pepperoni bread? I am going to have to check that one out, as I don't know what that is! (other than assuming it is as it sounds)
